All of our products are individually handprinted so please be aware that colours may not exactly match those seen on the site. We endeavour to match colours as close as possible but due to the nature of the products and processes involved, this is not always the case. 

Should you wish to order a personalised product please contact us to arrange. We will require payment in advance and a 14 day turnaround to design and press the item for you.

Refund Policy

We operate a standard 14 day returns policy, whereby you have 14 days to cancel your order, even if you have received the goods. You have 14 days to return the goods to us from notification. Once the goods are received we will process a refund within 14 days. We cannot offer a refund on an unwanted item. We offer a 28 day returns policy on faulty items, whereby upon receipt of the faulty item we will either replace or refund the item within 28 days. We cannot refund postage costs incurred by you unless the item is faulty.

Shipping and Delivery

We send most items via Royal Mail. Prices are calculated by weight and size and are shown at checkout. We aim to deliver all items between 3-7 working days. If you live outside of the UK and wish to order goods please contact us and we can arrange.


Any details provided by you in the checkout process are kept private and confidential and will not be passed on to any outside organisations for marketing purposes. 


We use PayPal for our online orders payment processing. We do not charge VAT. Alternatively you can phone or email through your order and a card payment can be taken over the phone via visa, mastercard, debit or electron.
